Tips for use as a cakesicle/filled chocolate shell: spread inside of mould with melted (tempered) chocolate and make sure there is an even layer all over. If the mould has a hole for a lollipop stick, slide it inside. Leave to solidify (speed up the process in the fridge!) and then fill with desired filling. Place back into the fridge, and then spread another layer of chocolate across the back. Once solidified, simply press and pop the shape out from the mould and push the lollipop stick up through the inside of the mould 🍰
